Shinano Cluster, spanning 10.8 hectares, is the fifth cluster developed in the River Garden area. Named after the longest and largest river in Japan, Shinano becomes an iconic cluster from the Asian continent after La Seine from France, Mississippi from America, and Thames from England. Shinano Cluster also prominently features Japanese architectural nuances, such as the iconic Toll Gate in the public park.
The façade concept adopted is Japanese minimalist design with a dominant color palette of brown and white. The distinctive feature of the Japanese design lies in the play of lattice lines and a large roof, reminiscent of traditional Japanese houses, but presented in a modern way. This Japanese-style house offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, harmonizing with natural air circulation and lighting.
