Palm Spring

Palm Spring is a cluster located in the Garden City area. This area has an eco-city concept where along the main road it is planted with shade and shady trees, to create a cool and beautiful atmosphere. In addition, there is a brandgang between the back of the house which is a green path in the cluster. This brandgang functions as a pedestrian path, for residents who want to travel from/to the Palm Spring cluster. Palm Spring is also a cluster with a premium area in JGC because it is located close to the boulevard and also has a high land price value, because it is close to the commercial center.

The Palm Spring house concept takes a modern minimalist theme, emphasizing the simplicity of the façade but remaining elegant with its exterior design.
