La Seine

The 9.2-hectare La Seine cluster is inspired by the main and famous river in France, La Seine. This cluster is located in the River Garden area with 428 residential units available there. The advantage of the La Seine cluster is the presence of a fairly large green open space, which reaches 60% of the cluster land. In the green open space area, the La Seine cluster also provides supporting facilities such as sports clubs, jogging tracks, and so on.

In accordance with the River Garden concept that characterizes the natural conditions of the 'river'. The name of the cluster "La Seine" is taken from one of the famous rivers in France. The concept of French settlements that emphasize European architectural styles is then implemented in the "La Seine" cluster.
