Jakarta – The Danantara Housing Expo provided an opportunity for various property developers to meet visitors and showcase their residential offerings. Home seekers also flocked to the exhibition to explore housing options and special programs offered by participating developers.
One of the developers participating in the exhibition was PT Modernland Realty Tbk. The company recorded a positive response from the public during the event, which was held from August 27–30, 2026, at NICE PIK 2, Jakarta.
Modernland attracted hundreds of prospective buyers who expressed interest in its residential and commercial property offerings, particularly those at Jakarta Garden City (JGC) and Kota Modern.
In addition to showcasing its properties, Modernland introduced its “The Finale – Property Amnesty” program. The program offers various purchase benefits, including a down payment and property deed signing fee waiver, special prices, precious metal gifts, and other attractive offers.
“DHE provided a very good opportunity for Modernland to meet prospective customers directly. Visitors responded very positively to the products and programs we offered. We identified many potential buyers whom we will follow up with after the exhibition,” said Jonson Lim, Sales & Marketing Director of Residential & Commercial at PT Modernland Realty Tbk, as quoted in a written statement on Thursday (September 3, 2026).
The Danantara Housing Expo also featured several prominent figures, including Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas Maruarar Sirait and Danantara Indonesia Chief Operating Officer Dony Oskaria. Modernland had the opportunity to introduce its various property products and programs to both figures.
Jonson added that Modernland would continue to leverage various marketing opportunities to expand its market reach. These occasions will be used to provide the public with a wider range of housing and investment options.
“We appreciate Danantara for organizing DHE 2026. Collaborations like this provide an important opportunity for the property industry to get closer to the public while also supporting the growth of the national housing sector,” he said.
