Jakarta, November 29th 2024 – The 370-hectare Jakarta Garden City township, developed by PT Mitra Sindo Sukses, a subsidiary of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., in East Jakarta, has won an award at the 2024, Properti Indonesia Award (PIA 2024) in the category of Property Development – Subcategory: Housing Development.

The annual award ceremony, organized by Property Indonesia Magazine since 2013, was held at the Dua Mutiara Ballroom, JW Marriott Mega Kuningan Hotel, Jakarta, on Friday (November 29).

The event, themed "Emphasizing Energy-efficient Buildings, Green Infrastructure, and Sustainable Development Strategies", recognized 35 recipients of the golden trophy of the Indonesia Property Award, awarded to stakeholders in the property industry, particularly real estate companies, property supporting businesses (brokerage & banking), as well as the best projects that serve as consumer references in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) and several other major cities in Indonesia.

One of the winners, Jakarta Garden City, through its Mahakam The Signature project, was awarded The Prospective Premium Housing Cluster in Jakarta. This recognition was given due to the many advantages of the premium housing cluster in Jakarta Garden City, which met the general criteria of PIA 2024, including a strategic location, environmental sustainability, complete facilities, modern and functional design, and prospective investment potential.

The PIA 2024 award for Mahakam The Signature @Jakarta Garden City was directly received by Ruswin Yusdiantoro, Technical General Manager of Jakarta Garden City.
