At the end of 2019, precisely on December 18, the independent city area of ??Jakarta Garden City (JGC) which is one of the business units of PT. Modernland Realty Tbk held a mass circumcision activity. For the implementation of this activity, JGC appointed the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Pondok Kopi as a partner in providing medical services.

This mass circumcision is a social responsibility activity that was first held at JGC targeting underprivileged children living in the Cakung area of ??East Jakarta. The activity, which took place in the Function Room - Club House JGC, was attended by 30 participants ranging in age from 5 to 13 years. "Hopefully this mass circumcision activity can provide benefits, especially in terms of health for the children who will undergo it," concluded Ahmad Yani as HR & GS Senior Manager.

Every child who attends must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to complete the documents that must be met for the medical requirements for consent to circumcision. After the medical procedure is completed, circumcision participants can go straight home and are given a goody bag containing a sarong, prayer mat, and pocket money.
