Property developer PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN) held a "Kick Off Target 2025" event to mark the start of the company's commitment to achieving positive growth in 2025.

The event, held at the Jakarta Garden City Club House on Friday (February 14), was attended by the board of directors, management, and employees within PT Modernland Realty, Tbk.

Kelvin O Lesmana, President Director of PT Mitra Sindo Sukses, a subsidiary of PT Modernland Realty, Tbk that develops the Jakarta Garden City township, said that the company is very optimistic about the prospects of the property business in 2025.

"We believe that 2025 will be a year full of opportunities for Modernland Realty. With the right strategy and the hard work of the entire team, we are confident that we can achieve the set growth targets," Kelvin said in his written statement.

Kelvin said that Jakarta Garden City has prepared various strategies to face challenges and take advantage of opportunities in 2025.

In addition, they also continue to provide motivation to the front liners as the spearhead in sales, namely the Inhouse Sales Team.

To add experience as well as tips and tricks in the world of marketing for employees, the event also presented a well-known motivator, James Gwee, who on that occasion presented the topic "Steel Mental Yes You Can".

This theme is expected to motivate the JGC Inhouse Sales Team to start 2025 with a strong mental attitude in order to meet the sales targets set by the company.

The event, which was also attended by the project Department Heads, also discussed how to create the right strategy in welcoming the Golden Indonesia in 2045.

Meanwhile, Liong Subur Kusuma, GM of Residential & Commercial Marketing at PT Modernland Realty Tbk, said that some of the company's main focuses this year are to continue development on a number of the company's strategic projects.
