Hyronimus noted that during the initial product introduction two weeks earlier, with prices starting from IDR 900 million, more than 80% of the units were sold within just 24 hours.

“Initially, we planned to launch next month, but seeing such high enthusiasm, we moved it forward. The response has been tremendous, and even the second phase has already reached 14% sales despite just being released,” he added.

Interestingly, even though prices in the second phase have increased by 11% to 15% compared to the first release, buyer interest remains strong. “We are optimistic that Florence Village will become one of the most sought-after residential projects this year, despite the current slowdown in the property market,” he said.

Florence Village homes are priced starting from IDR 900 million, featuring two stories, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a carport for two cars. During the launch period, buyers also receive a bonus of three air-conditioning units.
